Dementia / Alzheimer's Care

When a loved one is diagnosed with dementia/Alzheimer’s disease, their well-being depends in part on having the support of family and friends as well as being able to remain in familiar surroundings. Over time however, as the disease progresses, family and friends can become overwhelmed trying to provide the care on their own. That’s where Access To Home Care Services can help.  Our RN’s will design a care plan that is specific to the unique challenges of the disease. Our caregivers are specially trained to provide the compassionate, specialized care needed in dealing with the symptoms and behaviors of the early, mid and late stages of the disease. This helps to maintain the quality of life of your loved one so that aging in place with dignity remains possible. This also allows you to get the much-needed respite you need to maintain your own health and well-being.
