In light of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Access To Home Care Services, now more than ever, is committed to doing everything in our power to protect the health and welfare of our staff and clients. We are continuously monitoring this emergent situation and are following the guidelines and recommendations from the NYS Department of Health, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and our local health departments. We are actively providing education to staff and clients regarding COVID-19, including signs, symptoms, infection control and preventative measures, and we are circulating the informational packets listed below to all staff and clients. In addition, we are utilizing a screening tool to perform fit for duty checks on all staff prior to each shift they work, to determine if they are showing signs and symptoms of COVID-19.
