In-Home Consultation

Our free in-home consultation will provide you with the opportunity to have all your questions answered so that you can make an informed decision about your home care needs.  It will also provide us with the opportunity to assess the level of care required as well as our ability to safely serve you or your loved one at home. The consultation is completely free and you will be under no obligation to use our services.

Prior to the scheduled consultation, please have the following ready:

  1. Your questions about our services, staff and company

  2. Your expectations for care

  3. Desired services (personal care, companionship, skilled nursing, etc.)

  4. All medical diagnoses

  5. All medications

  6. Any special circumstances or requests

  2. Safety of the home environment

  3. Emergency contact information

  4. Pricing of services and payment options

After the Visit:

  1. Develop a plan of care

  2. Complete any paperwork needed

  3. Determine a schedule based on your needs

  4. Choose caregiver(s) to match your personality, needs and preferences

Once services begin, our nurses will perform periodic supervisory visits to assess the quality of care being delivered, as well as the progress of the client. We have a supervisor on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to provide ongoing support to staff and clients.
